very weird experience in andheri today

i had two very similar things happen to me on the same day, i would like to know if it has happened with you too and what did you do in that situation because i ran away.

12:15pm-fun republic, in front of yashraj studios: i got down from the auto , was paying when suddenly a man probably between the age of 55-70 approached me; well dressed, he was wearing glasses and not some cheap quality ones the ones with golden rims and they looked sturdy and he was a fluent english speaker. he told me he was hungry there were no shops around but a coconut water stall. i was in a hurry so told him i'll get you coconut water he said no straight up and told me "i would like something heavy like biryani" i was taken aback so i just quickly went inside the buiding i was supposed to go to.

sometime between 1pm to 1:30 pm- andheri station on bridge we use for changing platforms: i was on a call when a guy who looked somewhere between the age of 17-22 approached me. he was holding a lot of shopping bags full, full white clothes ( he was wearing something like a full length kaftan) also a fluent english speaker. he told me he was hungry and would like a vada pav i said okay as soon as i said yes he said "no just give me 10rs i need to get to chruchgate im also someone who works" i said no but then he kept saying i am also someone who goes to work just like you and some other things that i didnt hear because i rushed down to the platform.

my friend told me it was because of the way i was dressed but i wasnt wearing anything revealing or something i shoulnt have worn while boarding a local. it was a long black full sleeve semi formal dress which im sure a lot of girls wear.

and now im just very confused what happened with me
