Suggestions for birthday dinner places

my birthday is coming up and i'd like to go out to a nice dinner with either my 2 closest friends or my parents or maybe all of them together. i'd like to go to a nice dinner place where i can spend a good time with them and eat nice good food (vegetarian). cafes would do too but i prefer a good restaurant with a pretty ambience where i can get my pictures also clicked ;)
