Life (2017) has one of the most disturbing death scenes I have ever seen

Don’t know if this has been posted before but Ryan Reynolds does not get enough credit for this heartbreaking and utterly disturbing scene. The fear that he shows while trying to find the alien and then his reaction after it enters his mouth and starts wreaking bodily, internal havoc. The way he takes his headset off as the rest of the crew is yelling in his comms. It’s just so sad, gruesome, and slow. Did anyone else feel a sense of doom after this scene because of how real it all felt?
