Why don't players pick Wolverine & Black Panther?

I've been playing Marvel Rivals non stop since release.. played alot of quick play and now ranked.. (currently in Silver 2)

I've not seen anyone pick Wolverine & Black Panther that much, are they no good? would like to hear the thoughts of reddit on this topic!
