My wife is uninterested of having a short honeymoon

Just got married last weekend, and i wanted to have a mini vacacation, I know its holiday season, and her birthday and dad's birthday is right after christmas, so i feel like she doesnt want to feel her dad let down of not being there with him. So, she always tells me something, we will see. And i would like to know asap to make the proper reservation, so i feel powerless at this point and still feels like i'm in a certified relationship rather than a marriage. Who knows, maybe I'm just being inmature.

tl;dr Wanted to go out on a short holiday parent free vacation before i go back to work on the 6th, but its a busy week because of family and wife cannot make up her mind.
