I don't want to go to the gym
Keep getting deleted for being too short of a post so I'm not sure how to drag this out but I guess I will.
6AM alarm does off. I slept like crap. I'm tired. Can't I just get a little more sleep before work? I've been doing good counting calories and I'm already in a deficit, do I really need to go? These are the little thoughts I have trying to keep me from attaining my goal. I have roughly 88/100lbs left to lose. I'm not letting the thoughts control me. I don't WANT to go to the gym this morning, but dammit I'm going to go.
