What things should I legally know before starting a lemon law claim?

I bought a brand new vehicle and also live in the same state (Wisconsin). Since buying this new vehicle in April 2024 it has been a nightmare. Things keep going wrong with it. I have 2 issues that affect the resale value and have brought it in 4 times for each to the dealership with no actual long term fix yet. I want to start a lemon law claim soon because I know once I have hit 12 months it will not be possible. I like the vehicle but I need something that can actually maintain its value long term.
