PIC pay

So I make $18 an hour as a part time deli clerk/closer, and am discussing becoming a PIC. (Been working here for 2 years). Just wondering if I would be paid anymore if I do become a PIC and take on the extra responsibilities. My store is unionized if that helps at all. (WA)
