How Can You Not Lose Muscle on Kinobody?
Currently doing PPL split looking to transition to kinobody for a cut, but looking at the program it only directly hits muscles once a week, how is that conducive to muscle maintenance?
Mike Israetel also discussed how muscles are fully healed within 4 days and excessive resting while in a calorie deficit without stimulation will cause a small amount muscle loss, which can be significant in the span of 12 weeks.
Am I missing something or is it just genuinely not optimal?
