Protein

My 5.5 year old is generally a picky eater. One of the things I can reliably send in his lunch is sun butter and jelly, or buttered noodles. Both of which aren’t too high in protein. I use Barilla protein pasta sometimes. Breakfast is usually a waffle and some fruit. He will not eat eggs. Sometimes I will make him turkey sausage and he eats it half of the time. I can reliably send Greek yogurt with granola with his lunch and he will eat that. But I feel like I rely on that too much because it’s often a snack for him as well. I’m trying to do less processed foods in general. What are you guys packing that would have some protein in it? I do chicken nuggets every now and then but that also requires cooking them in the morning for the thermos.
