Help I think I’m doing this wrong and I’m getting terrible side effects
I’ve been doing keto now for 2 weeks and I will be honest I don’t think I’m doing it right. So yesterday all I had to eat was 6 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon and almost no water and no electrolytes. Fast forward today and I feel like ima pass out and die I have non stop dizziness, confusion, light headed and shortness of breathe. I want to add that I struggle severe panic attacks that give me similar symptoms so I’m thinking I’m expecting symptoms from starting this new diet not hydrating properly and under eating on top of that I’m having a panic attack. I don’t think ill continue I want to so and becuase I have really bad mental issues but the diet is making my panic attacks feel like I’m dying please help.
