Unable to Download Apps via TestFlight Since April 30 - "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" Error

Hi everyone,

I've been encountering a frustrating issue with TestFlight and wonder if anyone else has faced the same or could offer some insights.

Since April 30th, every app I upload to TestFlight—even simple "Hello World" apps—can't be downloaded by testers. They all receive the error: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist". This happens regardless of the app passing all prior validation checks.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s happening:

  • Any app I upload displays this error when testers attempt to download it.
  • One odd workaround that worked temporarily: removing a tester from the group and adding them back allowed them to download the app once. However, after deleting the app, they couldn't download it again—even though it was the same build.

I have attempted to reach out to Apple Support several times regarding this issue but have not received any response. I've tried the usual fixes—checking for any account or app-specific restrictions, ensuring the correct build is active, etc., but no luck so far. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice on what else I can try or whom to contact at Apple?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Resolved: The issue has been resolved. Interestingly, I did not make any changes on my end, nor did I receive specific feedback from Apple about what might have been causing the problem. It seems the issue may have been resolved internally at Apple.
