I am looking for a audiobook that makes my heart race and makes me paranoid! I’m trying to get that feeling where I feel like someone is watching me.

And example I am looking for is how you feel watching a scary movie where the MC knows something/someone is walking around inside their house and they are frozen with fear just listening to them get closer and closer
