How do I convert to MP3?

I’m trying to convert a video into MP3, but the only thing I can find says that I can do it in “Output Settings”. There is no Output Settings option for me. I found a thread on here of a guy asking a near identical question and none of the responses were helpful. How do I convert a video into MP3 on HandBrake?
