How do y'all complete the Prison Heist efficiently? Because I feel like I'm cursed to not complete it.

I have like countless tries on that heist and every time I do it, my teammates always fail, or they fuck up in the last part where we skydive from the Velum and when we get extracted by the chopper. They mostly don't know how to parachute, or the demolition guy somehow mows us down and then we fail.
