In-house designers - do you get bored?

Burnt out from agency life and looking at in-house art director positions. Only thing is I'm scared of being BORED and then flaking out in a year or so due to lack of creativity. Craving less hours and some more stability..but nervous about only working on one brand all day everyday. Thoughts?
