Does the funding issues and rescinding of acceptances apply to Arts courses as well?

Most of the applicants I see on reddit are for STEM post graduate courses or PHDs, so I am a little lost here. I am an international student and I have been accepted to a couple of colleges for my MFA, I am still waiting to hear from two of my top choices before I make a call. Looking at all the acceptances get rescinded honestly is freaking me out, I am not too familiar with the federal funding system in the US and what all they apply for. Is there a chance I might have issues with my acceptances? I should be hearing back from my top choices my mid March, should I accept an offer I have recieved just in case?
