Figured out why I had sudden and intense gallbladder symptoms. Follow up to a post from a couple weeks ago.

I had just started taking zepbound. Which is similar to those injections like wegovy for weight loss. I stopped taking the zepbound while I waited for my HIDA scan and as the medication, which is injected weekly wore off I began to feel a bit better, but not 100% My HIDA scan showed that my gallbladder is functioning at 39% which is borderline abnormal. I did have pain and nausea during the ejection process of the test. So it makes perfect sense that the zepbound, which is meant to slow down your whole digestive system took my borderline gallbladder and slowed it down so much that it was far below normal, causing intense pain and attacks. It also makes sense why I didn’t have stones.

So for those who are thinking about, or who are on these medications I just wanted to point that out just incase.
