very concerned obviously

hi! showered tonight & today was day 5 of not washing my hair so i washed it. well this is how much hair i lost i normally lose a good amount when i shower but this was on another level & im kinda freaked out now. my hair is super fine & thin ofc and i’ve bleached it just not since around july. what should i do? i can post what products i use too if that’s helpful!! please be kind i’m super anxious about this. thank you in advance!!! <333
