FFXIV India, sub renewal query

So I bought the game from steam from 719 INR last year. My subscription ended in November. Now I want to renew my subscription. Mog station price is $9.9 which is 833 INR roughly and steam shows 719 INR. Please suggest where should I renew it from? And is steam price just for game or sub also?
