Salon recs for the socially anxious?

Hey all, I’m in desperate need of a hair cut. Admittedly my hair is not in great shape after years of DIY dye jobs and cuts so I’m hoping to find a place a with kind vibes. I’ve got fine hair and just looking to cut off all the damage for a fresh start, I haven’t had a professional cut in 5/6 years after a really bad experience and have been kinda dreading taking care of my hair properly since then. Appreciate any recommendations 😊
