Had my First Session, is this a Red Flag?

Just started electrolysis. Didn’t hurt that bad but my chin is pretty swollen and I’ve got these yellow scabs. I tried doing my research and heard a lot of good things about this place, but the technician i was scheduled with mentioned she started a couple months ago. Am I just being a hypochondriac, are there red flags I should look out for?
