I hate pickup at Starbucks

It’s never ready and wait times are like 15 minutes. Today I arrived and my order was on the counter unpacked. I waited for 10 minutes while it sat there. asked if they could bag it up and was told not right now. I tried to take the items and asked another staffer for bag and the other guy yelled at me.
