Transplant Referral

Hi friends!

I recently got news from my social worker that I’ll be finally referred to transplant after about a year of being on dialysis! I’m a pediatrics patient, 17F, so this is bonkers to me, I’ve struggled a lot with fluid intake for the longest time but I finally got it under control as I got put on hemodialysis with a few (quite a few) times of trial and error.

So, if my stubborn self can get to this first, yet huge step, so can you! Believe in yourself!!!!!!!
