Driving after Covid

Has anyone had issues driving after covid? I had a pretty bad case in October of 2020 and I was driving on the highway and had an aweful panic attack, which id never had one before followed by 2 more later on. This turned me away from driving on the highway at all and I can no longer be in a car alone. Which is wild because I would take 400 mile or more trips alone before this. I've had countless MRIs and I am now on lexapro for anxiety as well as have glasses because they thought my vision might be part of the problem. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. Appreciate any feed back
