Issue with red rock shipment

Red rock pharmacy sent out my vials Thursday morning but they won’t arrive until Monday afternoon. I spent $830 on this medicine!! I emailed them and they said the medicine stays good for 2 days on ice and an additional 3 days at room temperature. That would mean Monday would be that third day. Why am I paying almost $1000 to gamble if it is still good/if it has started to lose potency? I want them to send me a new order this is BS. What should I do???
