CNA Fatigue

Hey guys, I have worked as a CNA to get patient care hours for PA school and it is such a challenging role. I'm an undergrad student right now and I'm actually conducting research on CNA fatigue to try to bring awareness to the role CNAs have and improve the workplace environment for them. I'm doing this by holding short virtual interviews with CNAs that want to share about their experience.
