Recent college grad making a move to Cincinnati - is it hard to make friends?

I will be graduating from a large Southern school and have accepted a job in Cincinnati. I am from the midwest (not ohio), so I understand and know the way of life in the midwest and have been to Cincy a few times growing up. I'm thinking of going to the oakley area. Is this a hard city to make new friends especially as an outsider? I am worried I wont click with the Miami OH, or Ohio State alums vibe. I'm a single female and have always had an easy time making friends and enjoy being around others. I am just worried Cincinnati may not be as accepting to new people/people they did not go to HS or college with as some other cities. Do you think this may be true?
