Humidity and temp?

Hey there. I’ve been getting into cigars recently. I’m still somewhat new but have learned a lot since I’ve started. I’ve got my own tuppadore now and a hygrometer and a little cigar collection. I’ve been storing my cigars at room temp (we keep the house at low 60s in the winter to save energy) and I have a 69% boveda pack kept in there. Hygrometer reads around 64-65%.

I’ve noticed that my cigars crack about halfway through the smoke right in the middle of the body. I know temp has a lot to do with minority. So should I have a higher humidity at that temp or is there something else I’m doing wrong?
