'Customise Chrome to give your browser a new look' how to disable via GPO?

Hi all,

We are testing Chrome 116.0.5845.141 in our organisation, and on my test units I'm seeing the message below appear on a new tab, only on first launch after install.

I'm trying to find the corresponding setting in group policy to disable this (have got the latest ADMX/L templates installed). Does anyhow happen to know what settings I need to change?
