What's the deal with new Exodii npc?

So I've find in my run Exodii base, the same Rubic was here and a new(?) Cyborg on 3rd floor named Luliya but i dont understand her in any circumstances, even after i debugged exodii freame style 1 or 2 it doesn't help at all, so I'm asking do anyone knows what's the deal with her??
