Anyone na nag-apply outside job posting websites?

Hi, recently nag apply ako dito sa reddit. Bukas 2nd interview ko and mahihire na. Legit po ba kahit outside the job platforms mag apply? Pwede po makahingi ng thoughts, experience, or advice nyo po?

(SMM po inapplyan ko and performance base ang rate which is 10% ng revenue. SMM po ng mga OF models sa OF agency. Sabi ni client nung 1st interview namen madali lang naman daw makakuha ng $10k and up revenue lalo na kung alam ko yung mga gagawin and yung 10% nun ay magiging sweldo ko. Bukas 2nd interview ko na for official onboard. Seeking for personal experience, thoughts, or advice lang po para ma-ease yung pag-iisip ko if legit or hindi. Thank you!)
