How do I eat with these??

I just got these in today and i literally feel so miserable with them in. I’ve been trying to eat and chew on softer foods but I feel like my molars aren’t even meeting to the point where I can actually chew. Asked my orthodontist about it and she said they would be taken off in the next visit or two but my next one is June 18th 🫠 do these even look right either?? I’ve been overthinking it all day help would be so appreciated right now
