Quiet comfort ultra volume bug

I got the ultras yesterday to replace my broken Airpods max. And while switching anc modes I noticed the volume got low, but the phone showed about 75% volume. It happened again and I fugured out how to reproduce it:

• while playing back something hold mode/media control button until the mode announcement starts and the volume goes down
• immediately press the button again ( during the announcement. ) The anc mode switches but the media when resumed will continue at the attenuated volume. The media volume returns to normal after switching to a different anc mode.

I really dislike that the anc button and media button aren’t separate.

Can anyone confirm this volume thing is not just me? If not I’ll report it as a bug to Bose.
