Disclosing a broken bone 2008

Hi everyone, good luck with all your applications. So, I'm writing to see if you recommend I disclose a car accident where I was involved back in 2008. I had 8 years, and I broke my femur bone. They did surgery on me and put a metal plate inside the bone to heal it, and then 1 year later, they removed it. My leg is excellent now, but the medical section asks me if I have ever had a similar situation. I don’t know if disclosing will disqualify me, and since it is no longer a problem, I’m thinking of not saying it. This incident happened in Mexico, and the treatment was provided there, so there is no record of this ever happening. What do you suggest? Thank you very much in advance.
