Real Property is Impossible

Idk about you guys but I truly didn't learn any of this shit in law school. Maybe easements, covenants, RAP, and ownership interests. But truly never this mortgaged, deed, recording, and transfers. It's so hard to follow. Any outlines, charts, and ways you learned it to pass would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
