DAC/AMP Recommendations Under $300

Helllo, I'm trying to decide on a budget DAC/AMP setup for around $300. Here is my current list of things I've looked into:

I'm looking to hook up some Kanto Ora's to them and trying to expand my headphone collection to something with more impedance. I currently don't own anything that has anything more than 32 Ohms of impedance.

These will be hooking up to my PC. I prefer a warmer or more V shaped sound, not the most important thing in the world since EQ software is a thing.

I'd just like some opinions for those with experience with any of the products I'm looking at. Maybe another option I've overlooked or any other information as I am unfamiliar with DACs/AMPs and the world of speakers. Thanks!
