My building has a Beanfield internet offer, should I switch?

Honestly this offer seems too good to be true, 4gbps fibre internet for only $60/month is insane. Apparently I can expect no long-term commitment, unlimited data, free installation, and hardware rental is included.

Is the range on the modem super bad or something? My old Bell internet modem could only plug into this one port near the edge of my place and the wifi literally did not reach my bedroom, and it was spotty in the second bedroom which is on the other side of a wall to the modem. Had to use a wifi extender for both rooms. It's some kind of yellow ethernet port, and thats the only one in my home that it could plug into. All the grey ones in my home did not work. It was also spotty as hell and would keep cutting out. If I moved from my bedroom to my living room while on a wifi voice call I would have to hang up and restart the call because the internet cut for half a second and we couldnt hear each other anymore.

The Koodo wifi I switched to is 500mbps / $79 month and plugs into coax, which I conveniently have one right next to my computer so I can plug my ethernet directly in, super important to me. It also reaches my whole house, and is the smoothest wifi I've used. I've had no issues whatsoever for the 6ish months I've been with them. The wifi speed also keeps up with the ethernet speed, unlike my Bell wifi which was 1/3 of what I was paying for.

Anyways, if it's purely about the numbers, I'd 100% take this deal, but I have literally never heard of Beanfield before, and apparently people are very hit or miss with them. It's either love them or hate them.

Do they have outages often? Is the internet spotty? How's their customer support? I've also seen a reddit post where someone said their 2gbps internet is actually 1gbps max for 2 connections. Would I actually be getting 4gbps? If anyone with Beanfield internet could share their experiences it would be greatly appreciated.
