Is the NFL, UFL, and American Flag Football League (AFFL) more fun to watch than the NBA?

In football players do a lot more than score touchdowns they have to catch, run, and score field goals. Even though the AFFL is flag football it’s the same thing as tackle without the linemen, blocking, tackling, and kicking. Players still move the football down the field. In the NBA all players do is shoot baskets. When they don’t have the ball they just stand still unless they set up the screen. I feel like watching long touchdown runs, the qb throwing long passes, and diving catches is more fun than just watching players shoot 3s.
