Help

First of all, happy new year for everybody! I have these adidas shoes for about seven months now, and they got/ are frayed, but I don’t know how to solve that, hope someone can help. ‼️: Sorry if it’s a bit difficult to understand, English is not my first language and also, I’m not sure if I should have posted this in another community or not.
