At what month did you begin hair loss?

Curious to know, for those of you that report hair loss as a side effect, at what month did it occur? It seems that it happens on various dosages. It also seems to happen to people that have fast and slow weight loss. Also wondering, any men reporting hair loss? I see a lot of women reporting it. Thank you.
