A. Nevsky or Minotaur - Which is better?

I’m looking for a light cruiser line to grind and I’ve narrowed it down to these two lines. They both seem strong in their own ways. I mostly play Randoms, so what ship would be better? Also, how do the grinds compare to each other! Thanks!
