Will losing 2lbs/week lead to hairloss? 32M in need of advice.
I am a 32M trying to go from 220 to 180. I plan on 2 lbs/ wk for 20 weeks to be down by Summer. Is this weight loss too fast? My main concern is hairloss, stretch marks, and loose skin. Should I do 1-1.5lbs/ wk instead to avoid this? I will be lifting heavy and intensely full body MWF and running for cardio on TThSat. Advice?
