FYI: they're bones. They're always bones

Not likely something a "I wanted to lose 25 lbs" user has experienced..but if you're more in the "i need to lose 80-150+ lbs!" Range?

That moment you go "wtf is THAT?!" After feeling something hard in your shoulder or hip? Or wondering why your knee area feels weird when you're on your side?

It's bones.

Even if they're still a bit hidden with fat? Bones.

Had that moment today while I was on the floor stretching my back and neck. Reached down an went to grab something from a pocket in my joggers and went "Wtf..." Pelvic bone. I felt my pelvic bone.

Wild.

10 months in, 68 lbs down (deemed "SO slow!" By the original prescribing doctor..pfffft). Desperately waiting to be allowed to lift weights again so I can keep my get my arms, legs, and butt built up a bit. It's bad enough that I had to yeet a uterus, but 8 weeks of no lifting? Rude.
