Question about Transfers

Is there a way to get a transfer approved if your GM says no? I work overnights and I’m really not getting along with the main overnight supervisor. I’ve talked to my boss about it and asked to move shifts, or work doubles to try to work with away from this specific TS as much as possible, but he’s not really budging. I want to ask for a transfer to my roommates store but I’m really afraid he’s going to tell me no because they want to promote me to be the next TS. I love working for Wawa in general, and it was great until this TS was promoted.

I’m considering just leaving in general but I’d prefer to stay with Wawa if possible.
