[Tissot] bracelet advice please

My son picked up this Seastar about a month ago and has worn it every day, but the pin came out nearest the clasp recently! Came from an AD but we had it resized locally. Doesn’t feel like this should happen so quickly.
What does everyone think? Issue with the sizing, or just normal? Can I do anything other just have it fixed?
