Let me preface this by saying no hate to bi women or anyone figuring out their sexuality, whatever. You are all valid and adults should be able to consensually do what they want regardless of labels!

BUT do any other sapphics get icked out by the way straight women objectify us? My period tracker app has this little secret chat section where users can talk about anything anonymously--including sex, fantasies, etc. It's super fun. But the sheer number of women saying how much they want to experiment with "lesbian sex" low key irritates me. I see so many hyping it up as wild, raunchy, devious, etc. "Lesbian porn is so hot." Always prefaced by "I'm straight but..." (even tho some could DEFINITELY be diagnosed as queer). Or there's a common theme of wanting a "girl best friend" who they can hook up with no strings attached whenever.

Like it's cool to casually mess around or fantasize. I know some queer women enjoy hooking up with straight girls. And I mean yeah, sapphic sex is great, but in my experience that's bc it's pretty emotional and... vanilla. I guess it just gets so annoying reading these comments that seem to forget lesbianism isn't just about sex. It can be mundane and that's what makes it so amazing! We're women who love other women, not sex toys!
