Becoming a Program Mentor

Hi everyone ! I am getting close to being done with my bachelors and I plan on continuing my education by completing my masters degree as well. I am somewhat interested in becoming a program mentor and would like to hear more about it! My degree is Hr and I plan on getting my masters in Business Administration. What is the pay like? Would I be able to become a mentor with a year’s worth of experience? (Working after I get my bachelors while completing my masters) Thanks to anyone who replies!
