Any musicians here ever transcribe or arrange a whole song? I need help with an arrangement. I will pay for the talent.

(SOLVED) I’m a struggling college student (24F) need some help to arrange/transcribe a song (string quarter: viola melody). I work 3 job a day and I don’t have the talent to transcribe let alone arrange.
