What does this mean?
I understand that this is back pay for my claims that were recently rated, but it seems odd to have no date. Also strange that the amount states N/A but the type has a dollar amount. I had given them my direct deposit info but somehow that fell off, so I’ve called and gotten it added back. (The app/online wasn’t adding it). I just want to know when, or if, a check has been mailed. Any insight?
